Resumen
El presente trabajo aborda el recorrido de la militancia del PSCh durante la dictadura de Pinochet con relación al trabajo de defensa de los Derechos Humanos. Sostenemos que dicha colectividad y su militancia abordó esta problemática como uno de sus principales motores de lucha contra la dictadura, asumiendo, con ello, un rol activo en la defensa contra estas violaciones e insertándose, de paso, en las organizaciones y espacios de denuncia a nivel nacional e internacional. Todo lo anterior, forjó un trabajo de reflexión partidista interno sobre la problemática de los DDHH y, con ello, un proceso de adaptación discursivo, lo cual terminó siendo asumido e incorporado a sus elementos identitarios.

Abstract
This paper addresses the journey of socialist militancy and the PSCh during the Pinochet dictatorship, in relation to the work of defending Human Rights. We maintain that this community and its militancy addressed this problem as one of its main driving forces in the fight against the dictatorship, assuming an active role in the defense of these violations, inserting itself in spaces, organizations and instances of denunciation, at national and international level. All of the above went through a process of discursive adaptation, where the problem of Human Rights had to be assumed by the community, developing a work of partisan reflection to incorporate it into its identity elements.
